Cory, a young gentleman with a great customer service who works in the lease office building is such a help with my team mates and myself, every time I have a delivery he looks it up and receives it glady , organizes my packages and helps me with the building #s, glad I cqn can count on him every time I need some help.

Just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. I love it here. Equity Residential as a company, has the best employees. I've lived in multiple ER properties and have had great experiences at all of them.

The property itself is well manicured and their staff (leasing office and maintenance) are always en pointe. For example, my light bulb burnt out Thanksgiving eve at 8pm, on call maintenance guy was at my place at 9pm to fix it and was super cheerful about it (even though I was taking time away from his family). As well as all the other random maintenance requests fixed in a timely manner.
Marsha (Community Manager) is absolutely amazing, I've been working with her a lot these last couple of months. I had a bit of a financial crisis in 2017 and she worked with me every month to lay out plan for my rent. She made me feel at ease and less stressed with my situation, and let me pay late rent multiple times without judgement. Her communication is awesome.

I would highly recommend moving to Marina 41, you won't regret it.
