The doctor is great: very patient and professional, gives you all the information and time you need. My wife had a surgical procedure on her throat, which went great and resolved the issue a few other ENTs failed to even diagnose.

That said, billing just does not work well. First, it literally took me dozens of hours on the phone to get some insight into how much they are going to bill me for the aforementioned procedure. Then they overcharged me $2000 in advance and when I noticed and called, they promised to refund the money, but it took half a year of calls (to them and my insurance) to actually get it back and I was very close to filing complaints with overseeing bureaus.

Despite the response below, the rating represents overall experience (not just the doctor) and given through how much hell we had to go through with the billing department, it would be a lie to say that the overall experience deserves 5 stars.
